Because every order is custom-made for you, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or the contact form with your Order ID. Once your order enters production, cancellation is not possible as we begin work immediately on custom items. Personalized and bulk orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
Products are eligible for replacement only if received in a damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing or transit issues. You must inform our team within 2 hours of receiving the package. A complete, uncut unboxing video — showing the sealed courier package through to the product — is mandatory for any replacement claim. Claims without this video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
The unboxing video must: (1) begin showing the sealed courier packet before it is opened, (2) be continuous with no cuts or edits, and (3) clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and the damaged or defective item. This policy exists to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties.
As all orders are personalized and customized specifically for you, refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizes chosen by the customer, or minor colour variations due to screen display differences. If a manufacturing defect or error on our part is confirmed within 7 days of delivery (with supporting evidence), we will provide a full replacement or refund. Partial payment advances are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
For bulk orders, if more than 10% of items in the shipment are defective, a full order replacement is offered at no additional cost. Our team will inspect the submitted evidence and coordinate replacement dispatch within 3–5 business days of approval.
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking, the amount may take an additional 3–5 banking days to reflect in your account.
