Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using Yoobbel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products & Orders
All custom orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified on each product. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Design and artwork approvals must be given in writing.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated. Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. For partial payment orders, the remaining balance must be paid on delivery. Non-payment of COD amount may result in order return and account suspension.
Intellectual Property
You warrant that any artwork or logos you provide for printing are owned by you or you have proper rights/licenses to use them. Yoobbel is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims.
Limitation of Liability
Yoobbel's liability is limited to the order value paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
