Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with My Print Club.

By placing an order or using myprintclub.in (a brand of My Print Club), you (the Customer) are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions listed here. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers are advised to review them before each order.
All custom orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified on each product page. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Design and artwork approvals must be given in writing or via WhatsApp/email before production begins. My Print Club is not responsible for errors in artwork provided by the customer.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices include applicable GST (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%) based on product category. My Print Club is fully GST compliant. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. For partial payment orders, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery. Non-payment of the outstanding amount may result in order cancellation, return, and account suspension. Partial payment advances are non-refundable.
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed within 48–72 hours. Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days depending on your location. My Print Club is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, public holidays, natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier policies. Rejected or undelivered orders returned to us may still be chargeable.
As all products are customized with your logo or artwork, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins. Change requests may be accommodated within 2 working hours of order placement, but are not guaranteed. Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for replacement eligibility.
You warrant that any artwork, logos, or designs you provide are owned by you or that you hold proper rights or licenses to use them for printing. My Print Club is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided artwork. My Print Club has no affiliation with any third-party brands.
My Print Club's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, consequential losses, or any mismatch in quality expectations beyond manufacturing defects. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind beyond what is stated.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. Customers agree to resolve disputes through mutual discussion before approaching legal forums.
