Orders placed before 2 PM are picked up for production within 24 hours. Custom orders typically take 3–5 working days for production before dispatch, depending on order size and complexity. You will receive a WhatsApp and email notification once your order is dispatched with tracking details.
Delivery typically takes 4–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location within India. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) generally receive orders faster. Remote or hilly areas may take longer. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
We ship across all major cities and states in India via trusted courier partners. If delivery to your pincode is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or recommend a nearby pickup point.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Bulk orders above a certain value qualify for free shipping — check the product page for details.
Once dispatched, you'll receive an AWB (tracking number) via WhatsApp/email. You can track your order in real time at myprintclub.in/track using your Order ID (e.g. MPC0001). Live courier status is pulled directly from our shipping partners.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to: incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, public holidays, curfews, natural disasters, or government restrictions, rejection by the recipient, or courier company policies. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
If your order arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full replacement eligibility details.
